the apartment included a good-sized living room it was clean upon arrival the location proved convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. i found the staff to be kind and cute. everything i needed was available in the apartment.

dusty crumbs kitchen cleanliness
The location was GREAT, close to everything i needed.
The apartment was NOT clean. I found dust and crumbs all over the kitchen. I HAD to clean it myself before using anything. it's REALLY frustrating when you pay for a service and it's not delivered adequately.

i was worried after reading some reviews, but i was really surprised. i stayed in an apartment. the location was excellent and very convenient. the apartment was clean. the beds were comfy.
i had to carry my luggage up the stairs because the lift was out of service.

filthy room dog meat
The room was as advertised it was warm.
The code for my room did not work. I had to call for the emergency code. The room was filthy with dog meat on the carpets all dried up and clearly not hoovered well.
