The location was GREAT, close to everything i needed.
The apartment was NOT clean. I found dust and crumbs all over the kitchen. I HAD to clean it myself before using anything. it's REALLY frustrating when you pay for a service and it's not delivered adequately.

i was worried after reading some reviews, but i was really surprised. i stayed in an apartment. the location was excellent and very convenient. the apartment was clean. the beds were comfy.
i had to carry my luggage up the stairs because the lift was out of service.

my apartment had a kitchen, however, there were limited utensils. i found two plates, two cups, two forks and two knives. this made meal preparation challenging as i had little to work with.

the self check-in process was smooth and easy. i received good communication.. it made accessing my room easy. the virtual office allowed for efficient management, though i didn't need much assistance.

The room was as advertised it was warm.
The code for my room did not work. I had to call for the emergency code. The room was filthy with dog meat on the carpets all dried up and clearly not hoovered well.
